The new SentiOne was actually writen from scratch, with the user in the center. All changes that we applied, are not only based on our experience, but first of all – on various experiences of our clients. We’ve been collecting feedback regarding our platform for months and managed to incorporate almost all of it to SentiOne 2.0.
